We were in love, but now it's boring

You both will kiss in public and it becomes inevitable to stop repeating romantic words.
"One minute remaining"
The annoying MTN female will always announce after 45 minutes of non stop talk and cheers.
You immediately will recharge your phone with your bank account and continue the 11:59pm call with your one and only cause you are using MTN and the other party is a GLO user

You both talk about everything,
Laugh about everyone,
Gossip, chat, go everywhere, inseparable, cry when times are hard and play like kids.
Everyday becomes a 'look forward to'
The cells of your body and the air that you breath,
Both long to be in the hands of the one that you love for you are both crazy in love.

"10 missed calls, pick the call na" screams your closet friend
"I will call back, not like anything important would be said. I don't feel like talking" you reply after bouncing back the call from your one and only.
You both don't go places anymore,
You are so use to each other that the anticipation dies.
No new gist, no gossip, everything boring.
You become bored with the person that you once "looked forward to"
You are still in love but certainly not crazy.
You totally understand this person but it's just stale, stationary and the same.
More like a clothe that you were once enthusiastic about but after wearing it for the 10th time and tearing it, you get tired of it and turn it into a rag.
Then gradually, you realize that you are bored and you need help from this drowning pool called a relationship.

Well, like MMM you get help from a new character.
You sneak behind your love and start going out, having fun, being free, spontaneous, long calls, holding hands, catching feelings and then you fall in love with this person and start banging.
Because you can, you wanna break up with your previous love and this is why you shouldn't.

The probability that you'll get bored with the next person is very high, so why not try to spice things up your partner. If it doesn't work, THEN you can try to test waters.
Boring times, at one point or another, are inevitable in a relationship. It doesn't mean that the love died but simply indicates that you both need to spice things up and explore new adventures. This even happens in marriages, as it is not easy to be with the same person over and over and over again, especially when you both have totally two views about life and are not willing to come to a compromise. So don't give up without a fight and try out these suggestions.

Reduce the routine. Stop the daily routine and get outside the box. If your daily activities become predictable, it becomes boring overtime. When love starts to get monotonous, some of us can’t help but feel stifled like we’re stuck in a locked room.

Shared goals and passions. If you have no shared passions or long term goals together, both of you will have nothing to look forward to and will definitely end up getting bored of each other. Build castles in the air together, and learn to dream about a better life together. It’ll make both of you feel more passionate about working towards a common goal, and bring both of you closer too.

Alone time. I know how you may wanna spend every second with this person, but the word 'see finish' is very real and it births the brother and sister of boredom. Try to spend quality time alone, with your friends, doing something meaningful with your life or with your family. Don"t just kill your spouse with over super glue, its slimy.

Try to get into your spouse's happiness. Try to get over yourself and do what the other person likes. some of us get too engrossed in what makes us happy and so we corrupt our partner and force them to have fun our way. That could accumulate to boredom cause you'll always appear as the only happy one. Do stuff that your partner gets crazy about to lighten things up.

If your partner is annoying, talk about it. Point out the things that annoy and bore you to your partner and ask for a compromise.

Be spontaneous. Don't be as rigid as the Nigerian Police, try to bend and be open to explore.
